Webcast tips:
For streaming video, high speed or DSL connections work best. A dial up modem is usually too slow for downloading. You should be able to view our live video webcast at a 141 kbps speed. If you have very low speed connection, it probably will not work.
Disruptions can be caused by fluctuations on the internet. Too many people using a local network simultaneously or a slow area network will cause connection problems. If you are disrupted, re-establish your connection or re-boot your computer.
If you are experiencing any problems, try closing other windows, and any other programs you are running. Disable or remove any spyware which slows down your computer.
Apple users who can not view the video and are using a
Mac Intel or PowerPC OS 10.3.9, 10.4, 10.5.1 or later and have
QuickTime 7.0 or later (7.1.3 recommended), there is a application you can download for free called "Flip4Mac". to learn more.
